We prepare Functional Servicing Reports (FSR) in support of

Site Plan Approval
Zoning By‐law amendments
Re-zoning application
to identify the requirements for site servicing and stormwater management as it relates to current municipal criteria, and to demonstrate how the proposed site will function within the framework of existing infrastructure, to address conceptually the provision of site grading, storm and sanitary sewers, stormwater management (SWM), water distribution, and road servicing for the proposed development or addition. The Functional Servicing Report will include the functional brief, Hydrant Flow Test Reports, Fire Flow Calculations, FUS Flow Calculations, Domestic Demand, Sanitary Flow Generation, Sanitary Sewer Mapping, Utility Locates, etc
